Job Description

About the role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic online and offline Campaign/Event Marketing expert to join our team and contribute to the strategic planning, seamless execution, and insightful analysis of both online and offline marketing campaigns and events. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a robust background in marketing, a passion for creativity, and a demonstrated track record of driving successful campaigns that generate brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Responsibilities:
• Strategy Development: develop comprehensive marketing strategies for both online and offline campaigns/events, aligning them with overall business goals. Strong proficiency in SEO/SEM strategies to maximize online visibility and drive targeted traffic.
• Campaign and Event execution: plan and execute B2C & B2B marketing campaigns and events, encompassing ideation, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth and successful execution.
• Content and Creative Development: collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling and relevant content, visuals, and messaging for campaigns/events.
• Measurement and Analysis: define key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge effectiveness of campaign and events. Analyze data for valuable insights, provide suggestions for improvements, and create post-campaign/event reports summarizing outcomes and lessons learned.
• Budget Management: effectively manage budgets for campaigns and events, ensuring optimal resources allocation.
• Partnership Management: build and maintain relationships with partners and influencers to amplify the reach and impact of campaign and events.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of proven experience in both online and offline campaign/event marketing, with a successful track record of executing both types of initiatives.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, tools, and trends.
• Certifications such as Google Ads Search (Google Ads搜尋廣告認證), Google Ads Video (Google Ads 影片廣告認證), Google Ads Display (Google Ads 多媒體廣告認證), or Google Analytics Individual Qualification are a plus.
• Experience in planning and executing COMPUTEX exhibition.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
