Job Description
1.Lead PM team to reach the yearly KPIs aligned with company assignment.
2.Track and control project budget and resource planning.
3.Responsible for project management team from product development to reach project goal, controlling projects from multiple aspects in terms of issues tracking, risk, quality, cost, and schedule.
4.Direct and oversee completion of multiple projects.
5.Leads internal and external cross-functional teams in product designs and validation activities, driving project execution.
6.Identify and resolve conflicts, inter-dependences, and program issues quickly and efficiently. Assess risks and establish contingency plans.
7.Manage and communicate projects issues related to design, test, quality, and manufacturing. Handle RFI/RFQ response to win award from customers.
8.Process improvement for building up competitive development flow in term of schedule, cost, and quality.
9.Motivate, develop and lead required PM talent to execute the planned tasks. Consolidated internal resource allocation and recruitment.
