Job Description
1. 接聽客服電話(故障報修、客訴等)，並將客戶反饋的問題回報予相關部門。
2. 客戶來電資料收集整理、匯報，與後續回訪調查。
3. 傾聽掌握客戶需求並能迅速回覆顧客問題解決客戶疑問
4. 進線客戶諮詢服務、產品解說、行銷推廣
5. 平台線上客服回覆/Line@客服回覆
6. 售服紀錄及追蹤
7. 平台系統物流單號回填
8.主管交辦事宜
9.需具備良好文書能力(excel、word)、團隊合作意識。
▲需求特質
1、具客服或服務業相關經驗者尤佳。
2、具備良好的電話服務意識、溝通能力及思維表達能力。
3、有較強的邏輯思維能力和問題分析能力。
4、活潑熱情，擅長與人互動者佳。
5、對電腦、手機、網路有一定的知識者。
