Job Description
1. 教學輔助：
-協助主教外師進行教學活動。
-觀察並記錄幼兒的學習進度和行為表現，提供給主教老師參考。
-參與課程規劃和設計，提供建議。
2. 照顧幼兒：
-提供幼兒日常生活（如：飲食、盥洗、午睡等）的照顧。
-維護幼兒在園所之安全。
-關注幼兒的情緒和社交發展，提供適當的關懷和引導。
3. 環境維護：
-協助維持教室的整潔和秩序。
-協助整理和保管教具、教材。
4. 家長溝通：
-協助與家長溝通，傳達幼兒在園內的學習情況和表現。
-協助處理家長的問題和疑慮。
5.班務等行政處理。
6.其他主管交辦事項。
