6. 員工認股權憑證發行及行使轉換。
7. 公開說明書編制與外部單位資料準備。
8. 其他主管交辦事項。

TANBead (stock code: 6797) is a professional medical device manufacturer, focusing on molecular diagnostics in the field of in vitro diagnostics, and nucleic acid extraction is the key point of molecular diagnostics.
TANBead was established in 2004 and is the largest manufacturer of nanobeads, nucleic acid purification reagents, and nucleic acid extractors in Taiwan. It is also a GMP medical device manufacturer recognized by the Ministry of Health and Welfare, and will be the first to obtain QMS medical device quality management system recognition from the Ministry of Health and Welfare in 2021.
