Job Description
She/He will responsible the multi-function HR role in Vena Energy Taiwan.
Mainly support to the HR daily tasks related to training development, recruitment management, employee engagement, review management (including probation review and performance review) and onboard/offboard process and ad-hoc projects.
Recruitment (60%)
．Manage recruitment processes from the recruitment channel, talent sourcing, to interview arrangement, and post-interview meetings with hiring managers.
Training Development
．Organize various training sessions for departments.
．Arrange inductions and orientations for new joiners.
Administration
．Maintain the talent pipeline/database/platform.
．Prepare for pre-onboarding and manage the onboarding process.
．Handle the offboarding process and preparations.
Other projects
．Support in events, team building, and other activities.
．Support admin team when needed.
．Assisting with ad hoc projects as required
