Job Description
Roles & responsibilities
1 .Plan and define strategies in order to achieve departmental KPIs
2. Provide technical development and technical support and solutions to the chemical factory from trial until mass production
3. Develop production team's technical capability by setting standard, analyzing root causes, identifying solutions, providing training and driving continuous improvement.
4. Make improvements in order to reduce the defect rate and high productivity without technical issue during the trial and mass production stage
5 Assure the new model trial plan, process and schedule meet all the requirements.
6.Responsible for leading, coaching, and mentoring the team to raise the bar for achieving excellent performance
7.Cooperate with PTC-Tooling Engineering to ensure new model trial:
8.Schedule management, feedback mold trail issue and solution provider, on time and accurate material preparation, on time product delivery
9.Act as the lead in cooperate with PTC and Quality team to ensure mold maintenance, trial and mold W/H management, solve and report any quality issues or problems related to mold & trial management
10.Ensure mold management process, quantity, quality meet production scheduling need and customer standard.
11.Lead projects/programs assigned by production lead and facility GM in the fields of production technical improvement, efficiency optimization, process optimization, ramp-up programs, facility expansion programs. etc.
12. Key contact with the customer and Chingluh group in handling production related issues and tasks.
