ACTON GUIDE (FULL-TIME POSITION)
Ark Acton Taipei is seeking individuals interested in guiding learners of different ages (from first grade to fifth grade) and assisting in creating an innovative, Christ-centered, and mission-driven English-speaking environment.
Salary: commensurate with relevant experience and capabilities
Requirements:
- Native English speaker
- Demonstrates flexibility and openness, willing to embrace, practice, and implement a highly innovative system of guiding and coaching learners, rather than just teaching and instructing them
- Guides are more like game creators within a defined system, filled with flexible resources, requiring sufficient flexibility and creativity while balancing adherence to Acton's predefined and proven learning system
- Possesses natural intuition and vision, believing in the tremendous and tremendously underestimated potential of young people to learn and to drive their own learning at an incredible pace and satisfaction
- Inclination towards the Montessori method, even if it is not something the candidate is knowledgeable or experienced in yet
- Has a sense that impacting young people is not just a suitable career path but a calling from God
- Devoted to following Jesus and pursuing a Christ-centered life, which may include current or future family involvement
- Personally committed to continuous learning, improvement, and growth as an individual and as part of a team/organization. "It's always Day 1."
- Has or is developing the ability to ask learners productive and helpful questions, aiding them in thinking and finding solutions to their own problems (similar to life or executive coaching)
- Able to work independently and possesses good collaboration skills
Additional Important Notes:
- Guides typically do not directly interact with parents. Owners or other team members will handle all interactions with parents, allowing guides to focus 100% on guiding learners.
- Guides will use existing materials but need to make efforts to adapt these materials to fit our schedule and circumstances

其他重要注意事項：
