Job Description
1. 院內設備維設、巡檢、修繕、保養等例行工作。
(空調水電、消防、發電機、真空泵、氧氣、廢水處理、弱電...等)
2. 院內緊急災害業務、消防防火、節能管控、用電安全管理等相關業務。
3. 設備採購和監造。
4. 緊急故障排除、升級、改造和保養工程管控。
5. 主管交辦事項。
