說明：
1. 須具備商業或母語水平的日語溝通能力。
ビジネス/ネイティブレベルの日本語スキルが必要です。
Must be able to communicate in Japanese at business or native level.
2. 歡迎具備理工相關背景的工程師加入。如有陶瓷材料經驗尤佳。
理系のエンジニアであれば他分野の技術者の参加も歓迎いたします。陶瓷材料の経験があれば尚良いです
Engineers with science and engineering background are welcome to join us. Experience in ceramic materials(MLCC) is preferable.
3.先在台灣培訓1-2年，之後長期於日本神奈川的研究中心(KSP)進行研發工作。
最初は台湾で1〜2年の研修を受け、その後、日本神奈川(KSP)での長期間の研究開発業務に従事します。
The initial training will take place in Taiwan for 1-2 years, followed by long-term research and development work in Kanagawa, Japan.
