Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Director to ensure that all human resources (HR) operations, procedure and policies can be carried out smoothly and effectively. You will be responsible for developing HR strategies and providing sound advice to senior management on all related subjects to support business objectives, clients expectation and maintain employee’s right/benefits.
人力資源總監(HR Director)的工作職責包括制定和實施有效流暢的組織人力資源策略、政策和流程,提供高階主管人事營運相關建議,以確保公司達到公司目標、達到品牌期望並可以讓公司永續經營。
1.Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, training and employee performance evaluation with top management team.
策略制定: 與高階管理層合作,制定公司的人力資源策略(例如外幹培訓、外幹考核、福利等),以支持業務目標及客戶期望的實現。
2. Oversee, develop and modify all HR initiatives, systems, procedures and tactics for legal compliance and company development.
政策和程序: 負責開發、修訂和實施公司的人力資源政策和程序,確保其符合相關法規和公司發展需求。
3.Identifies staffing and recruiting needs; develops and executes best practices for hiring and talent management.
招聘和甄選: 管理公司的招聘流程,確保吸引、挑選和留住優秀的人才。
4. Establish complete training map which combines with learning maps and core competency for expats in order to facilitates professional development, management & leadership skill
培訓和發展: 結合學習地圖及核心職能,規劃和實施培訓計劃,將外幹主管領導管理水平提升,支持其專業發展和公司同步成長。
5.Set up a concrete performance management procedure, guide all expats and management team to follow up their personal development, monitor managers/employees communicate regularly about performance then review/reward their feedback to top management team.
績效管理: 管理績效評估流程建立、引導主管員工進行績效評核、檢核主管員工是否定期檢視工作表現並且反應回饋給高階主管團隊,確保員工的表現與公司目標相一致。
6. Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards with local HR team.
勞動法規遵從: 與當地人資合作確保公司的人力資源實踐符合當地和國家的相關法律法規。
7. Shaping organization culture like defining company core value, creating sense of belonging for employees, ensuring fair policies for all groups of employees….etc, to increase retention rate.
組織文化: 塑造和維護公司的組織文化,以促進員工參與和忠誠度。
8. Report to top management & clients by analyzing data with HR metric, conducting research industrial trend, updating new technologies in HR/Talent management, HR program execution status, other improvement and suggestions.
人力資源分析&專案進度報告: 分析人力資源數據、蒐集相關產業動態消息、跟新人才管理知識技術以及人事專案進度、提供有關人力資源效能和改進建議,報告給高階管理團隊及客戶。
