Job Summary Responsible for the smooth and efficient management of logistics, Distribution Centre, equipment and instrument demand supply, purchasing and portion of the CS role.

1. Manage and coordinate with appointed forwarder in inbound & outbound logistic activities following established policies and procedures.

2. Ensure inventory list accuracy, conduct monthly inventory review, handle transactions, reconcile inventory during each month end closing.

3. Support equipment and instrument in inbound & outbound and make sure supply efficiency.

3. Coordinate and supply Chinese labels & IFUs materials, track inventory and ensure new product license list and materials are updated.

4. Manage master data management (MDM) policies and procedures to ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data. Handle system database management; creating and updating data accurately and in a timely manner. 5. Manage overseas and local product purchasing, demand supply planning. Manage and track inventory levels; review and/or compute replenishment based on the agreed safety stock level lead times, and sales forecast. This includes product GR and payment process.

6. Ensure compliance with GDP SOP, track and complete customer complaints forms on time.

7. Take part of the customer service order transaction role, mainly on dealer order management.

8. Special assignment from manager as required

Career Experience needs

Qualifications (education/experience/knowledge/skills/competencies)

Bachelor Degree

• Minimum 3 years supply chain planning related experience in relevant industries (Pharmaceuticals, medical devices, food etc.)

• Experience about the end-to-end supply chain, including demand and supply

• planning, order mgmt., inventory mgmt. and supply risk mgmt

• Able to work in a complex and dynamic environment with the ability to prioritize

• Continuous improvement mindset and great problem solver

• Experience in ERP

• Fluent in English and Mandarin spoken and written
