Job Description
We are looking for a lawyer with an international midset and commercial perspective for the position of Project Lawyer.
Main responsibilities:
− Subcontracting and procurement: Engaging with subcontractors and suppliers in concluding the subcontracting and support the subsequent legal workstreams
− General corporate governance and training: Support various corporate legal functions, including contracts review, corporate governance policy and the in-house legal training sessions.
You will be based in Xinzhuang and Taipei Office.
