【業務内容】
パソコン修理業での生産技術及び生産性改善業務
・テスト治具・機器等の設定と保守
・ラインでの生産性分析、課題抽出
・新機種立上げで、ラインバランス等を考慮して、工程よりラインの生産数量や適性ライン人数を設定すること
・標準時間の設定
・生産部門等他部門との連携で生産性を品質改善を行うこと
【Job Description】
In charge of production know-how management and productivity improvement related tasks
・Set up and maintenance of test jigs
・Analyze and identify issues of the production line
・Set up and manage the optimal production quantity and staffing in case of the introduction of production line
・Decide on the optimal operation time
・Facilitate continuous improvement on production quality through inter-department cooperation
