Job Description
1. 制訂財務目標和策略，確保與公司營運目標一致。
2. 負責財務報表編制和分析，提供管理層所需資訊和建議。
3. 監控財務指標，提出改進建議與異常分析。
4. 管理預算流程，監督執行情況。
5. 與各部門合作，主導制定及優化作業流程。
6. 處理匯率風險控管。
7. 建立會計管理制度，總體控制日常財務運作。
8. 負責稅務規劃，確保合規並降低稅務負擔。
9. 與銀行建立緊密夥伴關係，確保滿足公司融資需求。
10. 管理財務團隊，協調工作分配和培訓，確保達成目標。
1. Formulate financial goals and strategies to ensure alignment with company operational objectives.
2. Responsible for the preparation and analysis of financial statements, providing management with necessary information and recommendations.
3. Monitor financial indicators, propose improvement suggestions, and conduct anomaly analysis.
4. Manage budgeting processes and oversee their execution.
5. Collaborate with various departments to lead the development and optimization of operational processes.
6. Handle currency exchange risk management.
7. Establish accounting management systems to oversee daily financial operations.
8. Responsible for tax planning to ensure compliance and minimize tax burdens.
9. Establish close partnerships with banks to ensure meeting company financing needs.
10. Manage the finance team, coordinate work assignments and training to ensure goal achievement.
