【職務概要】
IIoT AInterCon涵蓋拉丁美洲、中東、土耳其、東南亞等新興國家市場業務經營。
作為技術支援工程師，您將著重在事業群平台類產品(如IPC、Box PC、Edge Gateway等)的技術支援，透過對產品的技術知識，以及問題分析能力，幫助客戶與前線客戶工程師解決各種技術問題，包含產品選型、組態架構匹配、以及售後(post-sales)的技術支援。
您將透過跟業務、營運、行銷、產品部PM、AE等不同部門的橫向合作，來幫助前線找出解決問題的方法，並逐步建立在團隊中的影響力。
除此之外，您將有機會與各國FAE進行例行會議，透過技術分享與雙向溝通來培育前線，扶植各國技術團隊技術能量的成長茁壯。
【職務內容】
(1) 推薦並協助業務、經銷商銷售前的樣品組裝測試，包含客戶所需作業系統與各式週邊，技轉相關產品所需應用知識給予客戶 (售前Pre-sale服務)
(2) 協助並釐清客戶在實際應用上所反應的需求與問題，並提供適合的解決方案與建議，讓予客戶良好的使用體驗與服務 (售後的技術服務)
(3) 配合支援區域內各種定期教育訓練、技術研討會與各項專題活動的支援
【必要條件】
1. 大學以上，理工科系訓練背景
2. 英文中等以上至精通
3. 具服務熱忱 ，喜歡與人分享知識
4.人際互動及溝通能力強
5. 良好的邏輯分析與學習能力
6. 工作細心、具責任感
7. 有基本電腦軟硬體概念, 若有SNMP/MQTT/RAID等遠端監控、管理通訊協定使用經驗尤佳
8. 熟悉Windows/Linux安裝或是使用經驗(Shell Script)尤佳

Summary
As an AInterCon Emerging Markets Technical Support Engineer, you will focus on providing technical support for business operations in emerging countries such as Latin America, the Middle East, Turkey, and Southeast Asia.
The role emphasizes technical support for platform products within the business group (IPC, Box PC, Edge Gateway, etc.).
Utilizing your technical knowledge and problem-solving skills, you will assist customers and frontline engineers in resolving various technical issues, including product selection, configuration matching, and post-sales support.
Collaboration with different departments such as sales, operations, marketing, product management, and application engineering (AE) is crucial to identifying solutions and gradually building influence within the team.
In addition, you will have the opportunity to participate in routine meetings with FAEs from various countries, fostering the growth and development of technical teams through technical sharing and two-way communication.
Responsibilities of the role
1. Recommend and assist in the assembly and testing of samples for pre-sales services, including the installation of required operating systems and peripherals for Sales and distribution partners.
2. Assist in clarifying customer needs and issues in practical applications, providing suitable solutions and recommendations for a positive user experience and post-sales technical services.
3. Collaborate in supporting various regular training, technical seminars, and special events within the region.
