Job Description
1. 負責保養品投料生產、調製等相關作業與管理。
2. 熟悉 GMP 與化妝品相關法規實務及相關法規活動執行。
3. 負責原料、半成品、包材、成品的檢驗、監督生產車間對製程品質執行控制。
4. 負責品質不良分析及現場品質異況的回饋、追蹤與處理。
5. 負責生產環境監控，提出改善措施並追蹤。
6. 擬定協調生產計劃,生產排程及生產計劃和進度的管控，機械設備，原物料之需求。
7. 生產製程異常分析及成品出貨前品質確認、驗貨。
8. 建立與維護產品資訊檔案(PIF/SA)及產品登錄。
9. 進行化妝品安定性試驗、防腐效能試驗。
10. 協助建立ISO22716檢驗相關程序書與標準作業制定、修改、維護。
11. 協助化妝品研發、打樣與造製。
