本職位主要支援保險電話行銷團隊的售後客戶服務，歡迎具備保險電話客服經歷者轉戰，待優面議！
【主要工作職責】
1.依據銀行保險電銷進件案件執行完善的客戶服務，協助維護客戶關係。
Conduct online insurance customer service, which includes policy after-sales service and problem handling
2.針對保險產品疑義，擔任保險公司對口並釋疑
Communication and coordination with sales side and Insurance companies.
3.主管交辦事項
Ad-hoc responsibility to ensure internal and external customer's satisfaction.
