Job Description
We are seeking a highly proactive document control specialist. The main role is creating design control procedure and making sure all the documents are correctly written and properly stored in DCC. The major tasks include creating design control files, reviewing, and editing the design control documents,
Responsibilities:
．Responsible for all documents related to R&D, software, bio-chem and service teams.
．Establish and maintain appropriate design control files
．Process document changes (ECO) and record retention policies.
．Perform documentation content review and edit project documents.
．Working with all levels of internal stakeholders to define necessary Change requirements.
．Drive change order to completion and ensure completeness of information.
．SOPs related to Document Control, Records Management.
．Administrative support of team members as needed.
Qualifications:
．BS degree with 3+ years of experience in document and record management.
．Experience in document control procedure.
．Experience in creating ISO quality documents.
．Strong attention to detail.
．Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both in writing and verbally. Good English skill is required.
．Ability to develop solutions to a variety of complex problems and initiatives.
