《工作內容》
- 將用戶退貨退款需求的資料Key入公司後台系統 (每天70-100筆不等)。
- 協助登記表單,並電話聯繫賣家確認退貨退款問題,及整理交易糾紛案件資料。
- 協助工單處理,包含電話派車取貨的案件,需要與站所或賣家確認商品配送進度溝通。
- 協助變更手機號碼或刪除帳號等事宜。
- 協助聯誤取包裹的買賣家及與賣家確認退貨退款等問題。
《工作時間》
09:00~18:00(固定日班;中間有休息時間1小時)
《休假制度》
週休六日,見紅就休
《職務需求》
1. 對於信件文字及問題的理解能力高、邏輯能力清晰。
2. 口條流暢、反應能力良好,且能與用戶電話溝通。
3. 學習力強,且效率高。
4. 熟悉電腦文書處理,Google表單操作。
5. 出勤狀況良好,避免影響團隊運作。
