作為業務專員，您將是我們與客戶之間的橋樑，協助維護穩定且良好的客戶關係，並確保每個訂單順利完成。您將負責從訂單洽談到交付的全流程管理，並在過程中確保客戶滿意，提升業績表現。
●與國內外客戶保持密切聯繫，維護長期合作關係
●掌握訂單進度，包括生產流程、庫存管理與付款狀態等，確保每個環節準確無誤
●確認合約與交易條件，提供精確報價並跟進訂單確認
●處理客戶的抱怨與投訴，協調內外部資源，迅速解決問題，提升客戶滿意度

【Job Description】
As a Sales Specialist, you will act as the bridge between the company and our clients, helping to maintain stable and positive relationships, and ensuring the smooth completion of each order. You will be responsible for managing the entire process, from negotiation to delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction and boosting performance.
Maintain close communication with domestic and international clients to build long-term relationships
Monitor order progress, including production processes, inventory management, and payment status, ensuring every step is accurate
Confirm contracts and transaction terms, provide precise quotations, and follow up on order confirmation
Handle customer complaints and issues, coordinating internal and external resources to resolve problems quickly and improve customer satisfaction

【Job Requirements】
Passionate about interacting with people, with excellent communication skills and the ability to proactively solve customer issues
Familiar with contract confirmation, quotation, and order management processes
Knowledge of order management systems and basic financial analysis, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams
Capable of effectively handling customer complaints and improving customer satisfaction
