Job Description

Job Overview:
The APAC Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and initiatives to promote products or services within the APAC region, including Taiwan, Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia, India, Australia, and New Zealand. This role will mainly focus on Taiwan market, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns, brand visibility, and demand generation.
Major Job Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Campaign Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including trade shows, seminars, digital marketing, media relations, account-based marketing, and industry associations, etc., to drive new opportunities into the pipeline.
2. Campaign Localization: Adapt and enhance marketing materials from ADLINK Headquarters to suit local market demands and effectively generate business opportunities.
3. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as sales teams, product marketing teams, and regional managers, to align marketing efforts with business goals and ensure efficient communication and collaboration.
4. Partner Co-marketing: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with channels to develop co-marketing campaigns.
5. ROI Tracking: Track and report on campaign performance, ROI, and other key marketing metrics.
