Job Description
1.負責安排產線工作,任務分配及相關人員管理。
2.確保產線正常運作並跟催生產進度與產能稼動率及良率的提升。
2.遇製程異常或產品不良時的問題分析、解決生產線問題並即時反饋。
3.操作人員的培訓、職能提升計畫及成員KPI評定。
4.負責日常相關工具點檢及日/週/月的設備保養計畫。
5.熟悉自動印刷機、SPI、三星及YAMAHA高速機、迴焊爐及AOI設備操作及維護保養。
6.部門內部KPI、績效制定與執行,ISO相關程序運作、5S督導與管理 。
7.主管交辦事項。
