Job Description
收銀儲備幹部是一份需要高度組織能力和應變能力的工作，負責整個收銀團隊的運作，確保收銀流程順暢、準確，並提供優質的顧客服務。
◼︎收銀流程管理：
負責制定並執行收銀作業標準流程。
確保收銀系統的正常運作，並定期進行維護。
處理退換貨、客訴等問題。
◼︎現金管理：
負責每日現金收支的盤點與核對。
◼︎系統操作與維護：
熟悉POS系統、會員系統等相關軟硬體操作。
能夠快速排除系統故障，優化收銀系統。
◼︎數據分析與報告：
負責收集、整理及分析收銀相關數據。
產出銷售及會計報表，提供給相關部門參考並提出改善建議。
◼︎顧客服務：
處理顧客的付款問題，解答顧客的疑問。
協助銷售、陳列等賣場工作。
◼︎儲備幹部：
熟悉公司各部門運作，建立整體觀。
了解不同部門的職責與挑戰。
培養跨部門溝通與協作能力。
協力6~8人團隊合作完成活動。
◼︎專業知識學習：
透過內部培訓、外部課程或進修，提升團隊專業知識。
掌握產業趨勢與公司核心技術。
