Molex is seeking an experienced Account Manager/Sales Engineer for Data-com Application to service our Taiwan-based ODM customer. What You Will Do
• Major responsibility is to win Molex products within customer design. This position needs to stay close with customer, to propose Molex solution and make sure we win the design/business.
• Customer relationship management: from engineering level, sourcing level, until the whole customer organization. Need to have deeper relationship and understanding to the customer.
• New project development status follow-up and maintenance.
• To collaborate with Global sales team and Business Unit to ensure information alignment.
• Collect customer/Competitive/Division information.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and update the upside opportunity and downside risk with detail information.
Who You Are
EDUCATION:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 5+ Data-com connector and cable design-in experience within the industry.
• At Molex, our daily communication is English based, so we are looking for talent with fluence English verbally as well for writing.
• Adaptive personality with problem solving mind-set.
• Build good rapport with customers at all levels.
What Will Put You Ahead
• Experience of design-in for connector and cable assembly.
• Knowledge of Data-com business within based OEM and ODM.
• FAE background of Data-com is preferred.
