Job Description
伴隨業務增長，我們需要您的加入：
1. 提供正規中西菜料理，包括餐前湯、前菜、主菜、餐後甜品及飲品等。
2. 準備於營業時間內的點菜或宴會所需菜餚。
3. 協助主管設計所負責各自類別的菜單。
4. 確保所負責類別的食品均符合衛生管理的規定。
5. 維持與確保冷凍庫及其他地區的衛生及清潔標準。
6. 保持烹飪材料的適當存量。
7. 控制出菜量以維持食品成本。
8. 配合餐廳外場的菜餚需要和出菜時間。
9. 保持高度清潔。
10. 執行安全與衛生的檢查。
