Job Description

● Lead the development and implementation of high-quality, scalable, and secure software

solutions, from conceptualization through deployment and maintenance

● Perform thorough code reviews, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and the

highest security standards

● Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and integrate user feedback

into the development process, enhancing product value and user satisfaction

● Stay abreast of emerging technologies and methodologies to continuously improve

product features and development efficiency

Additional Responsibilities

● Mentor junior engineers, promoting a culture of learning and continuous improvement

within the team

● Contribute to the strategic planning of the product roadmap, aligning development goals with business objectives and customer needs

Qualifications

● Preferred: Bachelor's or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

● Minimum of 3 years experience in front-end and back-end web development

● Strong proficiency in TypeScript, MongoDB, and React

● Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

Job Specifics

● Salary Range: $80,000-100,000+ NTD per month

● At-home work location

● Annual leave based on 台灣勞基法
