Job Description
1.在項目中擔任主要的 EE 角色，確保在項目的新產品導入期間遇到的所有關鍵硬體問題都能夠解決
2.需要在新產品導入階段促進和協助EMS方面的流程（無論是OEM還是ODM），解決工廠端的技術相關問題，確保項目新產品導入和量產的流程順暢。
3.及時有效地回應來自台灣和印尼地區的客訴問題：與當地 FAE 溝通並合作，必要時在客戶端直接重現問題，盡快找出根本原因，提供短期和長期解決方案，啟動內部檢查，並對並行模型引入對策。
4.了解技術趨勢，研究可能在未來實施的技術規格，有時需要與供應商討論和規劃路線圖和新設計。
5.研究和開發關鍵零部件，確保它們能夠及時且更有效地引入項目，定期從項目中學習並調試流程，將知識和經驗傳遞給新同事，並定期舉行經驗分享會。
Participate in project as prime EE role, and ensure all the critical hardware problems encountered during project NPI period can be solved. Also need to promote and assist processes at EMS side (either OEM or ODM) and solve technical related problems at factory side during NPI stage. Ensure process smooth NPI and MP.
Respond promptly and effectively to customer complaints from ID areas and sync up with TW. Communicate and cooperate with FAE. Reproduce problems directly on customer sides on need, and find root causes as soon as possible. Provide short-term and long-term solution, initiate internal check, and introduce countermeasures for parallel models.
Know technology trends and study specifications might be implemented in future, and sometimes need to discuss and plan with suppliers on roadmaps and new designs. Research and develop key components to make sure they can be introduced to project in time and more efficiently. Do lesson learnt from project and debug process periodically, deliver knowledge and experiences to fresher colleagues, and hold experience sharing meetings regularly.
