Job Description
工作職責:
1. 領導以客戶／產品為重點的客戶工程支持團隊，作為與終端客戶或OEM之間的高級技術聯絡窗口，並在新產品開發計畫中代表我們的客戶。將康明斯產品運用于客戶需要制定技術規格，實施新的設計配置，並在各種應用中提供與客戶產品集成的高性能、低成本設備及系統解決方案。整合優質及經優化的客戶解決方案需要與銷售及行銷團隊進行互動。
2. 為康明斯現場服務部門與工程、品質及製造部門之間的技術聯絡人，主動識別、確定產品問題、區分其優先次序，並實施短期及長期解決方案。
3. 支持電力銷售團隊的商機爭取，案件執行，最終的客戶交付驗收，新產品導入服務，正式使用後的保固判定，使用中的特殊品質問題處理與工廠回饋聯繫，進而制訂合適的完整解決方案。
4. 案件產品規格制定，系統配置設計，周邊配件選擇，產品交付前的品質檢查，確認現場定位安裝試車與整合系統測試，客戶使用的教育訓練。
5. 領導調查產品或系統問題、瞭解因果機制、提出適當措施並記錄結果。運用問題解決七步法等產品問題解決流程以及其他工具，以促成優質的維修事件。
6. 有效管理執行案件中的相關供應商，確保能有足夠的資源，在計劃時間內，完成良好品質的服務提供。
7. 與全球工程團隊溝通協調解決案件產品規格制定所需要的CPQ的系統操作問題，客製工程選項申請，系統架構單線圖繪製說明，產品或系統問題的調查與最終解決方案的產出。
8. 協助銷售團隊統包案件的專案從開始至完成全過程的指導工作；制定專案計畫和時間表，確定專案里程碑，通過績效目標和時間表跟蹤專案實施情況。監管專案，並向專案團隊彙報相關情況。管理專案風險；使用優質的工具鑒別風險範圍；與團隊內外成員合作，確定採用何種解決方案。
任職要求：
1. College, university, or equivalent degree and above required in an electircal engineering or mechanical engineering related discipline.
2. Good chinese and english communication skill with external and internal customers.
3. Logical thinking, report drafting and presentation capability.
4. Familiar with MS office, engineering drawing, and PLC related software.
5. Knowledge of engine, alternator, radiator/heat exchanger and related accessories.
6. Minimum 10 years working experience in PG industry.
7. Site and general project management experience.
8. Team leadership and coaching experience.
9. Honesty, integrity, and authenticity. Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
