Job Description

IT Skills and Experience
Desired Experience:
1. Computer OS/Peripherals troubleshooting
2. Handling Different PC Operating Systems ( Windows 7/8 and 10)
3. Basic knowledge of SOE and group policies
4. Printer support
5. Good knowledge of MS Office tools installation & troubleshooting
6. Excellent customer service and people skills
7. Field experience supporting a variety of technologies and services
8. Advanced technical abilities including solid troubleshooting skills applicable to Windows, Apple, and virtual operating systems
9. Ability to manage time and resources to meet or exceed expectations in high-profile situations while maintaining professionalism under pressure.

技能：

2. 網域服務操作. Active Directory
3. 安裝系統,安裝媒介為USB和PXE. Reimage by USB,PXE
4. 系統問題除錯, 故障藍屏排除, 有排除蘋果電腦的經驗更佳. BSOD, Mac Kernal Panic
5. 對O365辦公軟體錯誤排除的經驗. 會使用PST/OST做郵件遷移. Troubleshoot experience on O365, knowing PST/OST
6. 資產登記, 設備管理. Asset Management
7. 安裝網路印表機. Install Network Printer
