Job Description
1. E-commerce Platform Operations: Managing operations on major international e-commerce platforms, including Amazon in India, Singapore, and Australia. Additionally, handling local e-commerce leaders such as Umart in Australia and FlipKart in India to oversee the complete e-business landscape.
2. Data Analysis Proficiency: Conducting data analysis and applying the results to the 4P strategy (Place, Product, Price, Promotion). More importantly, using the 4P strategy to wisely expand business opportunities.
3. International Business Development: Overseeing e-commerce operations in various countries and possessing knowledge of international trade. Utilizing foreign language skills to develop business relationships with foreigners.
4. Team Collaboration: Coordinating smoothly and efficiently with various departments such as product, finance, administration, and legal teams to ensure cohesive internal communication.
5. Internal Career Advancement Opportunities: Proficiency in e-commerce skills and a strong drive to increase sales may lead to opportunities for internal promotion to managerial positions.
