【Summary】
透過承接或協助負責的客戶產品，逐步熟悉工程流程與製程相關知識技能，並在過程中對於原理的探究加深自身的能力，進而主導客戶產品導入之流程，讓問題在前端即獲得解決。
【Responsibility & Duties】
1. 產品製程的規劃與異常處理，追蹤執行客戶需求。
2. 協助導入客戶之產品，整合產品各項需求條件：產品特性、品質、成本等。
3. 生產流程的SOP撰寫(作業標準及作業規範設定)。
4. 跨部門合作改善製程問題。
5. 產品試產相關安排協調，包含時程掌控、人員協調與製程發展。

As a Product Engineer, you'll gain expertise in engineering processes and related skills while managing or supporting customer product responsibilities. Deepen your understanding of principles to lead the seamless introduction of customer products, proactively resolving issues at the outset.
【Responsibility & Duties】
1. Develop SOPs for production processes, setting operational standards.
2. Schedule and monitor production activities, engaging in customer requirement discussions and production planning.
3. Aid in integrating customer product specifications, including features, quality, and cost.
4. Track and address production process anomalies.
5. Coordinate product trial arrangements, including scheduling, personnel, and process development.
