Job Description
1.EHS計劃制定與執行：
■根據上級主管指令制定環境、健康、安全（EHS）計劃，並在施工現場執行。
■監督和管理所有施工人員和下包工地的EHS作業，確保其符合相關標準和規範。
2.EHS監控與管理：
■持續監控施工現場的EHS狀況，及時發現和處理潛在的風險和問題。
■確保所有施工活動按照EHS計劃進行，並根據需要進行調整和改進。
3.支持項目管理：
■聽從項目經理（PM）的指揮和管理，協助工地主任落實和管理現場的EHS相關事宜。
■提供技術支持和指導，確保EHS政策和程序得到正確實施。
4.培訓與會議：
■執行工具箱會議，向施工人員宣導EHS政策和安全措施。
■安排和檢查入廠人員的證件有效性和防護用具的合格性，並進行相關記錄。
5.現場督導與紀錄：
■督導施工現場的EHS作業，管理和記錄相關數據和事件。
■安排入廠工人的安全培訓，確保其具備必要的安全知識和技能。
6.事故報告與應急處理：
■拍攝和記錄施工現場的狀況，回覆和建檔相關資料，並向上級回報。
■處理和報告任何EHS相關事故，參與事故調查和應急處理，制定預防措施。
7.EHS會議與巡檢：
■參加EHS相關會議和巡檢，記錄並跟進會議決定和巡檢結果。
■與各方溝通協作，確保EHS政策和措施得到有效落實
1. EHS Planning and Execution:
■ Develop Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) plans based on directives from senior supervisors and implement them at the construction site.
■ Supervise and manage the EHS operations of all construction personnel and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
2. EHS Monitoring and management:
■ Continuously monitor the EHS status of the construction site, and promptly identify and address potential risks and issues.
■ Ensure all construction activities are carried out according to the EHS plan and make adjustments and improvements as needed.
3. Supporting Project management:
■ Follow the guidance and management of the Project manager (PM) and assist the site manager in implementing and managing on-site EHS-related matters.
■ Provide technical support and guidance to ensure the correct implementation of EHS policies and procedures.
4. Training and Meetings:
■ Conduct toolbox meetings to promote EHS policies and safety measures to construction personnel.
■ Arrange and check the validity of entry permits and compliance of protective equipment for personnel entering the site, and maintain relevant records.
5. On-Site Supervision and Record Keeping:
■ Supervise EHS operations at the construction site, and manage and record relevant data and incidents.
■ Arrange safety training for on-site workers to ensure they have the necessary safety knowledge and skills.
6. Incident Reporting and Emergency Response:
■ Photograph and document the status of the construction site, respond to and archive related materials, and report to superiors.
■ Handle and report any EHS-related incidents, participate in incident investigations and emergency responses, and develop preventive measures.
7. EHS Meetings and Inspections:
■ Participate in EHS-related meetings and inspections, record and follow up on meeting decisions and inspection results.
■ Communicate and collaborate with various parties to ensure the effective implementation of EHS policies and measures.
