Job Description
一、工作相關Job Description:
1. 處理移工生活上的疑難雜症並且有效溝通。
Solve the problem of OFW and conversations with the workers and coordination.
2. 翻譯內部文件：中翻英或英翻中。
Translate the documents: Mandarin to English & English to Mandarin.
3. 到廠翻譯：勞資糾紛、教育訓練、例行月會。
Customer service translate : Labor disputes, training, monthly meetings.
4. 就醫診療：如果移工有重大傷病提供的服務。
Associate of Medical: If workers have injuries give them support.
5. 需要會開車：公司有提供公務車及油資補助。
We need you to drive a car: Our company provides service and a gas refund.
6. 其他主管交辦事項。
Other matters assigned by the supervisor.
二、薪酬相關Salary:
1. 35,000NT-38,000NT（視經驗調整）
35k to 38k (Based on your experience )
2. 如因公差產生加班，加班費另給。
Over time pay.
3. 年終獎金、端午禮金、中秋禮金、生日禮金(以上都是現金)。
Annual bonus, Dragon Boat Festival incentive, Mid-Autumn festival incentive, Birthday incentive. (All above were cash)
4. 含薪生日假、特休、國定假日的假都可以休。
Paid birthday leave, special leave.
三、福利Comapny Benefits:
1. 上班時間8:30-17:30 (中午休息1.5小時)。
Duty time 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Break time 1.5 hours a day)
2. 辦公室有冷氣。
We have an air conditioner.
3. 每年勞工體檢。
Annual employee medical.
4. 公司尾牙、春酒及各部門聚餐。
Wei Ya event, Spring event, and per department meal time.
四、上班地點Location:
1. 辦公室在中壢區靠近觀光夜市。
Near Zhong Li night market.
2. 客戶區域為大桃園地區、湖口、林口。
Client area : All Taoyuan city, Hukou, Linkou district.
