Job Description
【工作能力】
1. 具備經營與管理經驗。
Experience in operation and management.
2. 理解自媒體平台，理解操作與執行創造聲量價值。
Familiarity on self-social platform in which operating and executing to create volume value.
3. 與各形態媒體關係良好。
Good relationship with all sorts of media.
4. 對於CRM客戶關係管理、會員經營(含VIP)經驗。
Experience in CRM and membership operation (including VIP).
5. 擅長整合資源與企業品牌連結。
Excellent in integrating resources and liaison with cooperate branding.
【工作內容】
1. 管理團隊績效
Managing team performance
2. 品牌議題、重要活動之設定與操作執行
Setting and executing brand issues and important events.
3. 自媒體運營與媒體關係經營(包含公關稿發布、媒體採訪)、媒體平台資源交換策劃與執行。
Managing self-media operations and media relations (including PR release and media interviews), as well as planning and executing exchanges of media platform resources.
4. CRM與會員（VIP）經營管理
CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and membership operation (including VIP).
5. 異業合作之規劃與執行
Planning and executing strategic alliance.
6. 其他跨組協作與主管交辦事項
Cross-team collaborations and tasks assigned by supervisors.
