2. 充任稅務案件之代理人，包括所得稅及其他各種稅務業務之代理。
3. 辦理關於會計之設計、管理、整理、清算、鑑定或資產評價等事項。
4. 公司行政事項。
5. 主管交辦事項與現場任務分配。
