【Responsibilities】
▲Program Management:
◆Lead and manage cross-functional programs from inception to completion.
◆Define program objectives, scope, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.
◆Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
▲Collaboration and Communication:
◆Facilitate communication between teams and stakeholders, ensuring clarity on program status and deliverables.
◆Organize and lead regular meetings to track progress, address challenges, and celebrate successes.
◆Prepare and present program updates and reports to senior management.
▲Reporting and Analysis:
◆Utilize reporting tools to track program performance and outcomes.
◆Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
◆Create and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate key metrics.
▲Administration and Coordination:
◆Oversee the overall administration of program-related activities, including budget management and resource allocation.
◆Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all program initiatives.
Assist in training and on-boarding team members on reporting tools and office applications.
