Job Description
This role will primarily serve Business units and HR department managers. Depending on capabilities, the candidate may also collaborate on business development projects related to design consultancy services and HR administration and recruitment modules.
+ 此夥伴將主要服務業務單位與人資單位主管，視特質、能力將可能合作於基於設計顧問服務的商業開拓(Consultancy)，與人力資源行政與招募模組相關專案，可能包含：
-進行產業了解與研究，掌握市場趨勢
-依照指定名單，進行陌生電子郵件與電話聯繫，了解對方意願與需求
-協調並且安排面試/會議時間
-行政檔案歸檔與報告製作
-其他主管交辦事項，確保專案執行順暢
