工作內容
1 分配人員落實清潔。
2. 落實開班閉店SOP檢查。
3. 菜商叫貨穩定流暢。
4. 人員教育訓練。
5. 每日安排人員備料行程。
6. 負責各項廚務準備工作，落實SOP及食品衛生安全規範之執行
7. 現場廚房人員調配流暢。
8. 排製班表，須給主管審核。
9. 內外場溝通順暢。
10. 人事成本控管。
11. 餐點品質穩定度及食材新鮮度控管。
12. 每周內場食材/非食材叫貨，控管食材/非食材叫貨庫存量。
13. 食品安全衛生管理。
