研華正在招募一位熟悉POS產業的海外業務主管人才加入組織。
職務匯報
此職務會匯報於事業群主管
主要工作內容
Develop a winning strategy and execution plan for the assigned international territories.
Leading a sales team to drive sales results and to meet sales goals.
Align with regional strategy to identify target markets, segments, solutions and product portfolios.
Possess strong industry knowledge to identify opportunities and threats to existing strategies.
Cold-call and develop new customers to build up long-lasting relationship and ensure long-term business growth.
Plan and implement result-driven channel sales & marketing activities.
人才需具備
B2B sales experience, including distributor/key account management, is essential.
Experience in managing global or overseas business, with a background in the POS industry, is a plus.
Proven track record in developing new business models and opportunities.
Experienced leader capable of influencing and providing direction.
Fluency and proficiency in English is a must.
