Job Description
一、現金及銀行事務處理、總帳作業、進銷庫存系統、財稅務申報等各項會計工作。
二、每月請款帳單審核及出款作業、合約審核作業、結案作業、歸檔作業。
三、客戶及廠商應收/應付款項相關作業。
四、審核有關各項費用支付發票、單據及處理帳務事項等。
五、支票/發票開立、國內外匯款及一般會計帳務工作。
六、彙整進銷項發票資料、核對申報401資料等稅務作業。
七、行政總務相關庶務工作。
八、協助採購、業務相關作業。
九、配合會計師進行財務、稅務事項。
十、配合上級主管交待事宜。
十一、三年以上財務管理工作經驗，能獨立作業、具有全盤管理能力。
十二、具會計師事務所記帳經驗及進出口貿易經驗尤佳。
