Job Description
研華歡迎熱情的產品經理，負責Mini-ITX主機板，涵蓋產品生命週期全程管理、產品功能規格定義及擴展產品線業務。此職位將向產品部門經理匯報，主要工作包括透過X86/ARM的技術應用，定義Mini-ITX主機板產品規格和新技術，負責產品開發、進度、成本及資源管理，進行跨部門溝通協作，新產品發布及市場推廣計劃，進行市場研究和競爭分析，並與全球銷售團隊合作推動業務增長，制定產品規格和市場產品策略。此外，還需專注於AI加速及NPU技術的應用與整合，利用AI加速技術顯著提升運算效率，並將神經處理單元（NPU）融入產品中，實現先進的人工智慧功能，為客戶提供卓越的性能體驗。

Job Responsibilities
o Apply Intel, AMD, and Qualcomm platform to define Mini-ITX motherboard
specifications and new technologies.
o Oversee product development, scheduling, cost, and resource allocation.
o Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments.
o Announce new products and develop go-to-market plans.
o Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
o Collaborate with the global sales team to drive business growth.
o Focus on AI acceleration and NPU technology integration to enhance
computational efficiency and advanced AI capabilities.
Must Conditions
o At least 2 years of experience in X86 product management.
o Familiarity with IPC and the embedded market.
o Strong cross-department communication skills for effective teamwork.
o Ability to strategically manage the product line business.
o Effective time management skills.
Plus Conditions
o Experience with AI acceleration and NPU technology.
o Previous experience working with a global sales team.
