Job Description

We’re seeking a motivated sales manager to handle direct and indirect channel business in Middle East and Africa Region. The ideal candidate should have deep experience with sales management while working closely with Regional Sales, Channel Partners and HQ PD teams to achieve assigned sales target. This role demands a person with ability to coach, advise, motivate and team up with a high-performance team.
Major Responsibilities:
• Responsible to develop sales and marketing business plan to achieve business growth in MEA region.
• Supervise all sales activities from product and pricing strategy, project pipeline review to order and inventory demand in assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with regional key account sales for assigned global and regional accounts.
• Support direct customers with consultative sales approach by promoting, negotiating and securing orders from existing and prospective customers.
• Cross-department collaboration and teamwork to facilitate and ensure smooth and efficient business operation.
Education / Skills Requirements:
•Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Business Administration related field
•Proven experience in sales management with track record of result in MEA region
•Team player with ability to work independently
•Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•Fluent in English
