Job Description
【產品線描述 】
專注研發CMOS 影像感測器產品，應用於行車/安防監控、智慧居家及邊緣AI機器視覺系統。
【工作說明 】
1.Conduct detailed transistor level integrated circuits design of low noise analog and mixed signal, including: Positive charge pump, Negative charge pump, Regulator, Reference voltage generator, and Ramp Generator.
2.Perform the whole chip simulation along with the block level, transistor level schematic simulations.
3.Image sensor array power distribution network design. Perform IR drop analysis and PSRR analysis.
4.Perform the block level and transistor level layout design and optimization of sensor array readout circuits using CAD tools like Cadence Virtuoso and Calibre.
5.Research new circuit technology and propose innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
【需求條件】
1.Experience as a designer to develop Analog System on silicon
2.Perform the whole chip simulation along with the block level, transistor level schematic simulations.
3.Circuit design tools such as Cadence Virtuoso and Cadence Virtuoso Layout Editor.
4.Must have 3+ yrs of experience/knowledge in analog circuits, digital circuits and semiconductor device physics.
5.Analysis of sensor performance degradations due to layout parasitic couplings.
6.Performing IR drop analysis and PSRR analysis of image sensor power networks.
