- 審查來自不同國家和語言的調查問卷內容/政策
- 協助客戶進行市場調查，並提供專業建議及客戶支持
- 品質管理、數據/報告分析
- 與全球團隊夥伴進行日常溝通或會議（透過電話、電子郵件等）
- 確保品牌安全
➷Workplace：新北市新店區 (MRT大坪林&七張站)
【Working hours】
- 9:00~18:00 or 6:00~15:00 (selectable)
- Fixed days off on Saturdays and Sundays, and off on public holidays.
《Application Requirements》
✔No experience required
✔Interest in topics related to market research
✔Fluent in Japanese conversation and writing skills + Intermediate English conversation and writing skills
✔Willing to learn
✔Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills
►It is a plus if you have (not mandatory)
- Experience in data analysis, project management, etc.
- Experience in content review, policy implementation, or policy creation.
- Experience in customer service management or customer support.
