【入職後會進行為期三個月的專業教育訓練與考核】
◇儲備幹部:
1.營運管理訓練課程。
2.員工代訓與考核。
3.人員管理與溝通課程訓練。
◇外場人員:
1.專業吧檯飲品製作、咖啡調製與手沖技術教學、咖啡豆知識教學。
2.產品專業知識介紹教學。
3.專業顧客服務流程與溝通。
4.吧檯外場設備操作與保養 。
5.表達能力訓練 。
◇廚房人員:
1.義大利菜前置、保存與出餐專業知識教育。
2.烘焙。前置、保存與製作裝飾教育。
3.甜品。前置、保存與製作裝飾教育。
3.廚房設備操作與保養 。
4.溝通表達能力訓練 。
