【工作內容】
與企業溝通確認企業需求,進一步幫助企業找尋合適人才
與求職者主動接洽,了解他們的期待、經歷與人格特質,共同討論未來職涯規劃
擔任求職者與企業的居中協調者,創造雙贏局面
其他相關行政事務,如書審資料撰寫統整、面試時間安排
專案性活動參與與支援,如校園招募活動
