Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and experienced English teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in English literature and language, and a commitment to fostering a positive and engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement dynamic lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
* Foster a love for literature and language through creative teaching methods.
* Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
* Collaborate with Taiwanese teachers to enhance the curriculum and
student experience.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
* Proven teaching experience, preferably in [grade levels/ages].
* Strong knowledge of English language arts curriculum and standards.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to inspire and motivate students
Job Descriptions:
Full time – 15 to 22 hours per week
Regular monthly meeting
Weekly teaching reports – lesson plan/ learning feedback
Assisting school events – Holiday theme teaching, parent-teacher conferences and extracurricular activities.
Grading Tests – Evaluate student performance through regular assessments, quizzes and examinations.
