Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Channel Business Planning & Performance Management Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing channel sales strategies and performance metrics to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive business plans for channel partners, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market opportunities.
Monitor channel partner performance and manage incentive programs, ensuring they are competitive, motivating, and aligned with our business goals.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design and execute channel marketing programs and promotions.
Coordinate with product management and other internal teams to ensure channel partners are equipped with the latest product information and sales tools.
Stay informed of market trends and competitive activities to recommend strategies for maintaining a competitive edge in the channel.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel sales, business planning, or performance management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
