Job Description
1. Ensure Financial Statements are prepared in a timely and accurate manner, including adherence to generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). Analyze and review projects as needed.
及時&確實核閱財務報表，以符合財務稅務準則. 並針對需要情況, 執行專案分析與檢討
2. Manage all General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cost Accounting, and Treasury department functions.
管理總帳, 應收,應付帳款, 成本會計及出納功能之順暢運作
3. Ensure the compliance of Taiwan, United States, Mainland China financial and government tax audit.
管理台灣、美國、大陸財務及政府稅務審計之合規確效
4. Analyze Proposal of financial, taxation, investment, financing decisions.
分析財務、稅務、投資、融資決策方案。
5. Implementation of the budget management.
管理預算之編製,執行與檢討。
6. Manage the Taiwan income tax and sales tax declaration.
管理所得稅, 營業稅與相關費用之合規申報
7. Assist with any legal matters.
協助處理任何法律事務
